ABOUT ME

I am an NASM certified nutrition coach and a youth exercise specialist. On my journey as a single mom for the last four years, my learning has focused on how nutrition impacts anxiety and mental-wellness given its impact on my own well-being. My coaching style is geared toward the whole person, partnering with you to reestablish a positive relationship with food and movement. My goal is to help you alleviate those mental burdens while establishing sustainable habits to help you feel amazing from the inside out.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing sports with my two kids, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. I live in Vermont with my children, my partner Neil, and our little dog, Stella.
